1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Leadork (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at leadork.com and related subdomains, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Leadork provides a B2B sales prospecting platform that scrapes public business directory pages (such as Google Maps listings) and crawls associated public business website URLs to harvest telephone lines, addresses, ratings, and public email contacts. The service is provided on a pay-as-you-go credit allocation or subscription tier format.

3. Accounts & Authorization

You must log in using an authorized Google Account to access the Leadork workspace and use credits. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Leadork reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach fair usage boundaries, manipulate API calls, or attempt to circumvent platform boundaries.

4. Data Scraping & Compliance Policy

Leadork only scrapes and processes publicly available directory data and public business website documents. You agree that:

• You will only use the retrieved contact lists for legitimate B2B sales, cold email campaigns, and marketing outreach.
• You will comply with all national and local regulations governing digital communication, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and CASL.
• Leadork does not provide databases of private individuals. All records retrieved represent businesses or publicly declared business contacts.

5. Credit System & Billing

Every prospecting run deducts credits from your balance (1 credit per lead listing, 2 credits for email extraction). Purchased credits are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed server error that failed to return scraping queries. Unused free trial credits expire according to the promotional terms offered.

6. Limitations of Liability

Leadork is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Google Maps structures, website markups, and search algorithms change frequently. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, uptime, or delivery of specific contact emails for every targeted business. In no event shall Leadork be liable for any damages resulting from your outreach campaigns or reliance on scraped contact details.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Leadork following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
