When you register and use the Leadork prospecting console, we collect:

• Account Metadata: Your name, email address, and avatar image supplied by Google Auth login.
• Usage History: Prospecting search queries, locations targeted, number of leads found, and credit transactions.
• Payment Records: Billing email, credit cards, and payment logs handled securely via our upstream payment merchants.

2. Processing of Public Scraped Data

Leadork accesses public records listed on directory pages (such as Google Maps listings) and parses public web documents. We do not index private personal information. The names, phone numbers, websites, and business emails scraped represent public information that companies voluntarily broadcast online for business communication.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your account data to:

• Manage your credits, dashboard access, and scraping requests.
• Improve directory scraping capabilities, verify email extractors, and debug server logs.
• Send transaction emails, invoice updates, or system alerts regarding your account.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your account information to third-party advertisers.

4. Data Security

We employ standard database encryption, secure sockets layer (SSL) transmission, and row-level security (RLS) policies within Supabase to ensure that your private search history and saved prospects are only accessible to you.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to maintain your login session. We also use analytics tools (such as Vercel Speed Insights) to evaluate page load speeds and visitor flow to improve user experience.

6. User Rights

You can request to export or delete your account records, saved leads, and scraping history at any time by contacting our support desk.
